Step 1. Select Options
 Enter the number of calendars you require in the field provided. The default is "1", but you can change this to the number you wish to order.
Select the price, depending on where the calendar is to be sent. The price of each calendar, with postage to any address in the United States or Canada, is US$19. The price, including airmail postage to all other countries, is US$24.
If you wish to order a calendar as a gift for someone and would like it sent directly to them, please write the person's name and complete mailing address, along with any special instructions, in the field reserved for "Comments, questions, or special requirements".
